OCR classes are designed to prepare participants for obstacle course races by incorporating a variety of functional movements, strength exercises, agility drills, and obstacle-specific training. These classes often focus on building overall strength, endurance, and agility while teaching participants how to navigate and conquer challenging obstacles commonly found in OCR events, such as rope climbs, wall traverses, monkey bars, and mud crawls. OCR classes provide a comprehensive workout that simulates the demands of obstacle course racing, helping participants develop the physical and mental skills needed to tackle racecourses.
