Running sessions are designed to improve running technique, endurance, and overall cardiovascular fitness. These sessions may involve interval training, speed work, hill workouts, and endurance runs. Running sessions are suitable for individuals of different fitness levels, from beginners aiming to start a running routine to experienced runners looking to enhance performance.
We meet 3 times a week as follows:
Mondays - 18:00 Track sessions at the University Running Track
Wednesdays - 18:00 Hills/Stairs at various locations
Saturdays - 06:30 Long Slow Runs at various locations
