HYROX is a unique fitness competition made up of a 1K run followed by one functional exercise, repeated eight times (meaning 8km run in total, plus 8 functional exercises). In HYROX classes, we target strength, speed, power, and endurance. Whether you are interested in competing or not, these sessions are in many ways, a fantastic test of strength, stamina, and overall fitness.
