X-FIT classes incorporate elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, aerobic exercise, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Enjoy a 60 minute session consisting of a Warm-up, Strength or Skill Work, WOD (Workout of the Day) and Cool down in a group setting, fostering a sense of community, lots of cheering and fist bumps at the end. The program aims to improve overall fitness, including strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility. Each session is designed to be scalable, accommodating different fitness levels.
