Our Weightlifting Class focuses on building strength, power, and technique through resistance training. Participants learn and practice key lifts such as the clean and jerk and snatch, alongside accessory exercises to improve overall muscle strength, mobility, and coordination. The class is suitable for all fitness levels, with guidance on proper form and progression to safely enhance performance and achieve fitness goals across the board.
